general market. Also my good relationships with
other offices and their REALTORS result in
getting advance news on any interesting homes
that they may have waiting in the wings. Having
worked well together in the past we know that any
clients we have would be of the highest caliber.
I Do My Homework
To get you the most favorable terms and conditions
for the Buying and Selling of your home requires
my preparation. I will keep you updated on all aspects
of the current market in your areas. When the time
comes you can be comfortable knowing that I'm
able to give you the best advice. Your negotiations
are more likely to be successful if they reflect the
current market conditions. My job is to ensure we
know what those conditions are.

Sounds obvious but we all know how uncommon
that attribute can be. Because I listen to you means you
don't waste valuable time seeing homes that don't
fit the discussed criteria. You get to see the features
you require not just those that are easiest to find.
If you are selling your home, then your specific
circumstances (such as timeframe) are always
uppermost in my mind when I make suggestions.

the style of communication and how much you wish
to be involved in the details. If at any time you are
unhappy with my services (highly unlikely but you
never know...) then just tell me. I'll rectify it or we
